Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Inspect and package products according to quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Support loading/unloading of trucks in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience a plus
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
