Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders to meet strict deadlines.
- Conduct thorough inventory checks and stock rotation to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and proficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and increase productivity.
- Ensure all packaging materials are used correctly to minimize waste and damage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
