Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to move pallets and merchandise throughout the facility.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, ensuring cargo security and proper documentation.
- Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management software.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Handle packaging materials and prepare goods for shipment with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification (training provided).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners or warehouse systems.
