Responsibilities
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed to meet daily KPIs.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock rotation (FIFO).
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
