Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment, forklifts, and conveyor systems.
- Packaging: Perform accurate packing, labeling, and shipping duties to meet strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts and stock management to ensure accurate records.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
