Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Efficiently process orders, pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and ensure warehouse organization.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Denver facility.
