Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, check, and organize incoming stock, ensuring accuracy in our inventory system.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package customer orders efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and operational reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in scanning, counting, and packaging.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is mandatory.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand safety instructions and operational updates.
