Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently and safely.
- Pick and pack orders with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and fully compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the shipping and receiving areas.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
