Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct stock counts, receive incoming shipments, and verify product quality upon arrival.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials efficiently within the warehouse.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, including wearing PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse machinery and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital records of inventory movements and shipping logs.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with shift leads to meet daily productivity goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driving: Valid Texas Driver’s License is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
