Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and within capacity limits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verification using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality control measures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with barcode scanners is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
