Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all data is logged correctly into the WMS.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards before leaving the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning shift teams to ensure a smooth handover of inventory and operational status.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various floor surfaces.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and speed in a fast-paced setting.
- Communication: Basic English language skills required for reading safety signs and working with a team.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver's License is a plus but not required for all positions.
