Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, sorting, and storage with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for overnight shipping
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies
- Adapt to seasonal volume fluctuations with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM
