Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Complete detailed documentation for inventory and shipping processes
- Address minor equipment issues and escalate maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail in inventory and quality control
- Flexibility to work variable shifts (4-8 hour blocks available)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital tools
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
