Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to priority schedules with zero-error tolerance
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete shift handover documentation and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Blvd, Chicago, IL
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible availability between 6 PM - 6 AM shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
