Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product safety
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless inventory reconciliation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
