What You'll Do:
As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized. Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, including cycle counts and stock rotation.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
