Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces to ensure operational efficiency
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory movements and discrepancies using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to work nights (typically 10 PM - 6 AM) with variable schedules
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Reliable transportation to and from our Harbor Point facility
