Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse management system
- Collaborate with night shift team on loading/unloading operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete daily shift reports and quality checks
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 3-5 nights per week (schedule flexibility required)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Mesa Industrial Park location
- Background check and drug screen required
