Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs for order fulfillment
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S standards
- Document shipment discrepancies and coordinate with logistics supervisors
- Support special projects including seasonal inventory preparations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification a plus
- Minimum 1 year warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in basic computer operations and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexible availability between 8 PM - 5 AM with reliable transportation
