Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during the designated shift hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and SOPs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
