Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight from delivery trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan and process inventory using handheld scanners to maintain stock accuracy.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized and clutter-free to ensure safety compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper packaging.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and logs accurately and on time.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during shifts.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Focus: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (not required for all positions but preferred).
