Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and sort inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (MHE) and perform basic equipment inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for time tracking and inventory systems.
