Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship incoming/outgoing packages using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM (Monday-Friday)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Place, Baltimore, MD
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
