Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for outbound delivery with precision
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements and lockout/tagout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Complete accurate documentation of daily activities and inventory changes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a low-light environment
