Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and maintain certification.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure seamless workflow.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
