Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, package, and prepare inventory for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing products
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
