Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and accurately.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all outbound products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner, handling freight with care.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Forklift certification (preferred but willing to train).
