Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily targets
- Complete quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Document operational data in warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
