Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders for New York-based clients
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate records
- Load/unload trucks in all weather conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Support cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and inventory management awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to Philadelphia facility
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
