Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock rotation systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Process inbound shipments and verify documentation for accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to assigned shift location
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment (training provided)
