Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to priority codes
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems with strict safety protocols
- Conduct nightly inventory audits using RF scanners and digital reporting tools
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical discrepancies
- Document all activities in real-time via our warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with RF scanners and digital inventory tools
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6 PM - 4 AM)
