Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic tracking
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Support quality control inspections before shipment dispatch
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to Nogales Hwy location
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, weekends as needed
