Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders using warehouse management systems.
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) or similar schedules.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons if required.
