Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking, packing, and shipping processes for high-volume e-commerce orders
- Operate powered industrial equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and inventory management using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain 99.5% order accuracy
- Adhere to strict safety standards while operating in a climate-controlled 55°F environment
- Complete shift handover documentation and equipment maintenance logs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for process optimization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience (night shift preferred)
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (4 PM - 1 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Commitment to weekly schedule with minimal absenteeism
