Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks on products before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital inventory reports using our proprietary warehouse management system
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (Sunday-Thursday)
- Valid government-issued photo ID for onboarding
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
