Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using inventory management software.
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment with strict attention to detail and quality control.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards at all times.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly over an 8-hour shift.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for logging data and accessing company systems.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
