Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and scan incoming shipments with barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock reconciliation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation using digital systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
