Responsibilities
- Load, unload, pick, pack, and scan orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and nightly production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills for scanning products.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
