Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack) safely
- Perform quality control checks and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate paperwork and digital documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ year warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner experience helpful)
- Reliable transportation to Northside Milwaukee facility
