Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stacking and sanitation protocols
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless inventory transitions
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards during operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
