Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound shipments with precision using RF scanners and pallet jacks
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts in real-time inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) with OSHA-certified safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills and comfort with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
