Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and equipment guidelines
- Operate warehouse management systems for inventory tracking
- Prepare orders for shipment with proper labeling and packaging
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (forklift certification a plus)
- Reliable transportation to overnight shift location
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible overnight schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
