Our Cleveland facility operates 24/7, and your night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) come with premium pay differentials. You'll work alongside a collaborative team using cutting-edge inventory management systems while maintaining our world-class standards for accuracy and safety.
Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing operations for diverse product inventory
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant certification
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records using our proprietary WMS platform
- Adhere to all safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment inspection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Support inventory cycle counts and monthly audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
