Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the facility
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE requirements and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless operational handovers
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Assist with facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
