Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and perform cycle counts weekly
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with day shift team during transition periods for seamless operations
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Complete daily productivity reports and maintain clean workstations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid Florida driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
