- Unload and sort incoming shipments, ensuring accurate placement in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
