Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stocking and cycle counting
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper certification
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, hazard-free workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting systems
- Support inventory audits and loss prevention initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Reliable transportation to the 10 PM - 6 AM shift schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
