Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory during overnight hours
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace per safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Valid government-issued photo ID and right-to-work documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
