Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load/unload shipments efficiently
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Inspect products for quality control and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in cross-functional training for operational flexibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
