Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and inventory using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following OSHA standards
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Maintain clean, organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and security procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Blvd, Raleigh
- Flexible availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM (Sun-Thu)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
